Addresses the demand for flexible hybrid optoelectronic materials based on micro/nanostructures. Focuses on key technologies such as large-aperture thin-film lenses, holographic waveguide optics, and metamaterials to establish a comprehensive, efficient, and rapid manufacturing technology system encompassing the entire chain from the manufacturing techniques and processes of flexible optoelectronic devices to the common key technologies for the design and manufacturing of micro/nanostructures on different substrates, and finally to the design, functional integration, and demonstration applications of photonic and electronic devices, capable of supporting laboratory layouts in advanced display sensory materials, processing and testing methods, core equipment, and core chips.
